Official Rules

1) No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win. A Purchase or Payment Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

2) Eligibility: The Blink 182 Car Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States & the District of Columbia & Canadian provinces of Alberta, New Brunswick & Ontario (excluding residents of Quebec & residents of the states of Alaska & Hawaii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or the District of Columbia where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority) and who have a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license at the time of entry. Employees, officers & directors of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("Sponsor"), U.S. Marketing & Promotions ("Administrator"), & each of their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, State Farm Agents and their staff, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively "Released Parties") & their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in their same households, whether or not related, for any of the above named entities are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Quebec and the states of Alaska & Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local & provincial laws, rules & regulations.

3) Two ways to participate between 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on 7/30/09 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 9/21/09 (the "Promotion Period"): 1) Online: Visit www.nowwhat.com and complete and submit the online Official Entry Form following the directions provided to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. 2) Visit: While at a participating Blink 182 concert during the Promotion Period, visit the State Farm booth, complete an Official Entry Form (while supplies last) and deposit it in the Official Entry Box to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. For a list of participating Blink 182 concerts, visit www.nowwhat.com. There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per household and per email address per day regardless of the method of entry. Additional Sweepstakes entries (beyond the initial entry) from any one person, household or email address will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, incorrect, or misdirected entries or lost entry boxes, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server, website or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines or technical failures, errors or difficulties, communication malfunctions, errors or difficulties, garbled, jumbled, misrouted, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, network, electronic, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation or postponement of any concert or the processing of entries; for inaccurate entry or other Sweepstakes related information, printing, typographical or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, or in other Promotion related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4) One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner plus one (1) guest to Charlotte, NC to attend a Blink 182 concert on 10/1/09 & a 1966 Cadillac Coupe DeVille vehicle previously owned by a member of Blink 182. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for (2) from major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest winner's primary residence in the U.S. or Canada, 1-night double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) and transportation to & from airport/hotel/concert. Approximate Retail Value: $80,000 USD. If winner cannot attend concert on date specified by Sponsor, winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate selected and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such individual. If, for any reason, Sponsor cannot provide for winner and his/her guest to attend the designated Blink 182 concert, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof, however remainder of prize package will be awarded. Choice of seat location at concert to be determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner & his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert. Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the concert. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Charlotte, NC as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, & to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Grand Prize Package includes delivery of the above specified vehicle to the Grand Prize winner's primary residence in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States on a carrier and date and time of Sponsor's sole designation. Proof of insurance & a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license required for car delivery. Taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees & any car options not included per Sponsor, & other costs and expenses related to car acceptance (other than delivery) and/or use not specified herein as being provided are Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. Car awarded "as is" with no warranty/guarantee. Vehicle color & specifications shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Approximate mileage of vehicle at time of award: TBD (estimated). Vehicle pictured in any advertising surrounding this Sweepstakes may not be the vehicle awarded.

5) Drawing: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/22/09 by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winner will be notified at the telephone number provided on his/her entry no later than 1:00 PM CT on 9/22/09 and, during the phone call, must: a) provide P/S/T with information confirming their eligibility; b) confirm their availability to attend the trip as described above; and, c) provide a mailing address, e-mail address or fax number in which to receive an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where legal). Upon verbal acceptance of these requirements, potential winner will be allowed two (2) days from date of issuance of initial notification to return required documents, or entrant may be disqualified and Sponsor may endeavor to contact an alternate winner. If initial potential winner does not answer phone (or is otherwise unavailable during initial contact attempt), no message will be left and no further attempt to contact such individual will be made and that individual will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner chosen. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period.

6) Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner's traveling companion must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age) and will be required to complete and return a travel/liability release prior to issuance of travel documents.

If an eligible Canadian entrant is selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, he/she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules, the inability of Administrator to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period as described herein will result in disqualification, such prize being forfeited &, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. By entering, entrants agree: 1) that Sponsor and their designees shall have the right & permission to use entrant's name and/or picture, photograph, image, video, or biographical information or voice and/or other likeness and prize information for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purposes in any media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; & 2) that the Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability & will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or other activity related thereto and any injury and/or harm resulting from use of any prize) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.

7) Winner's Name: For the name of the winner, available after 10/23/09, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by 11/13/09 to: Blink 182 Car Winner, P.O. Box 17008, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7008. Residents of Canada and Vermont may omit return postage.
